Reservations

In the months of April through October, advance reservations are suggested. A reservation guarantees a site, but not a specific site. We will try to accommodate site requests when possible. Memorial Day, July 4th, & Labor Day require a 3-night minimum. All cancellations will result in a $15.00 administrative fee. All reservations (campsite and rentals) will require a deposit with a major credit card (Visa, MC, AE) at the time the reservation is made. All cancellations will result in a $15 administrative fee. RESERVATIONS AND VEHICLE PASSES ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE. On-line Reservations For your convenience, you may also make a reservation requests online. Please fill out the form below to make a reservation request. You will receive an automated email form shortly after you submit your request and a Cherrystone representative will email you within (3) days to confirm the reservation. Email reservation requests submitted after 5:00 PinfoM will be checked the following day. If you require help after 5:00 PM, please call our reservations office at 757.331.3063. Once an online request has been confirmed, you will have 3 days to call our reservation office at 757.331.3063 to provide a deposit. Online reservation deposits must be paid by credit card. VISA, Mastercard and American Express are accepted. PLEASE NOTE: We accept only one (1) site/rental reservation per request form. For multiple reservations, please call the Reservations Office at 757.331.3063. Email requests for multiple site/rental reservations will be deleted without response.
